Relax on the beachside balcony to the sound of the waves, whilst enjoying panoramic views towards Fuerteventura and a glass of something cold.

Beach House Lanzarote (Los Alisios) is one of the few houses right on the shore to have the Certificate of the Costa. Built in Franco’s time, the house has the unique charm of a rural villa, yet with full modern facilities.

The Beach

The beach is literally on your doorstep at this unique property. There is a small beach below the house accessed by steps; a larger beach to the left of the property is only 30 seconds away. Dolphins, whales and many sea birds visit the shore right in front of the house including osprey and other birds of prey. Remember to bring your binoculars!

The Location

The house is also perfectly situated below the Avenida de las Playas, only minutes away on foot from all the best supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops.

The Accommodation

The accommodation features:

• One double bedroom with its own patio, boasting a super king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

• In the colder months, heating is provided by electric radiators and an electric log burner.

• Deposit and Payment
  • A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before arrival.
  • We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
• Passport and Contact Information
  • You are required to provide us with the passport details of all guests and the contact information of the lead person in your party. This information is passed on to the police for registration, as is required by law for private holiday lets. Your information will not be used for any other purpose.
• Property Issues
  • If you have any issues with the property, please report them to us within 24 hours of arrival. This will give us a chance to address the issue as soon as possible.

• We are not liable for any damage or loss to your property or belongings while you are staying at our property.
• We are not liable for any inconvenience or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as bad weather, strikes, or power outages.
